God Will Provide Through Your Enemies
God Will Provide Through Your Enemies
God Will Provide Through Your Enemies
There is a beautiful and powerful truth in the Kingdom of God: sometimes, God will even use your enemies to bless you.
Let’s begin with a simple story.
There was a believer woman who loved God dearly. Every morning she would stand on her veranda and praise the Lord loudly. Her neighbour, who did not believe in God, was always irritated by her.
One day she realized she had no groceries at home. Instead of worrying, she prayed boldly, “Lord, You are my provider. I trust You completely!”
Hearing this, the unbelieving neighbour thought, “I’ll teach her a lesson. She thinks God provides? I’ll prove He doesn’t.”
So he went to the store, bought two bags full of groceries, placed them at her door, and waited.
When the woman came out and saw the bags, she lifted her hands and began praising God joyfully.
At that moment, the neighbour jumped out and shouted,
“It wasn’t God — I bought those groceries! See? Your God didn’t help you.”
But the woman simply smiled and replied,
“Thank You, God! Not only did You provide — but You even made the devil pay for it!”
What a revelation! God can use anyone — even those who oppose you — to deliver His blessing.
This is the sixth and final major way God provides for His children.
The Bible confirms this truth:
Proverbs 13:22
The sinner’s wealth is laid up for the righteous.
God can turn opposition into His delivery channel.
Psalm 23:5
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
Notice — God doesn’t always remove your enemies.
Sometimes He blesses you right in front of them.
The very stage people build for your failure can become the platform for your promotion.
The presence of enemies often means that God is preparing a table — a blessing — right there in front of them.
Enemies don’t disappear until they witness what God is doing in your life.
God never wastes opposition. He transforms hostility into help. He converts conflict into contribution. What the enemy meant for downfall, God uses for destiny.
Even Jesus experienced betrayal:
Psalm 41:9
Even my close friend… has turned against me.
Yet God used Judas’ betrayal to fulfill salvation.
God doesn’t need your enemies to like you — He just needs them to play their role.
Look at Israel’s story. Their greatest oppressors ended up funding their freedom.
Exodus 12:35–36
They plundered the Egyptians.
God even used ravens — unclean, selfish scavengers — to feed Elijah.
So don’t reject the supply just because it comes from an unlikely source!
Genesis 50:20
You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good.
Joseph’s betrayal became the bridge to his destiny.
God uses the cruelty of people to position you for covenant purpose.
Paul was bitten by a snake, yet God turned that attack into an evangelistic miracle.
Acts 28:5
Paul shook the snake off and suffered no harm.
When God is with you, the very attack that was meant to destroy you will end up advertising His glory.
Even King Jehoshaphat witnessed this miracle:
2 Chronicles 20:25
There was so much plunder it took three days to collect it.
So remember: God will turn everything for your good — even your enemies.
If someone is against you, don’t fear.
God may be setting up a blessing that will come through them, not in spite of them.
What the enemy means for evil, God will always turn for good.
He truly prepares a table in the presence of your enemies.
