Perfect Peace
Isaiah 26:3 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
Peace is not the absence of problems, but the presence of God in the middle of your problems. In this world, you will have troubles; but God’s grace will carry you through. Your ship of faith must continue to sail through the tides of life. God will stabilize our minds and guard our hearts with His peace. Let each day of your life be Christ-centered and let God guide your steps.

Isaiah speaks these words during a time of national instability and fear. Even during times of uncertainty, peace is possible; not because circumstances are calm, but because trust is anchored in God. He is the Rock of Ages! He will never change. You can count on Him.

God will keep you in perfect peace - peace that is complete, continual and secure. Peace is something that God guards in us, and not something we manufacture by positive thinking. When God gives you peace, anxiety loses its grip and authority, fear loses control, confusion loses its grip. Supernatural living begins when God governs the inner life.
Peace is connected to the mind, not the situation. You will have peace when your mind is steadfast in the Lord. Where the mind goes, the heart follows. What you allow to dominate your thoughts will determine the atmosphere of your soul.

Shalom Shalom, God’s perfect Peace is a supernatural guard. Peace does not make you passive, it makes you secure. Peace guards your heart from fear and your thoughts from panic.

Do not make permanent decisions based on temporary emotions. Jesus demonstrated peace by sleeping in the middle of a violent storm which was observed by the disciples and later seen to be put in practice by Apostle Peter in Acts 12 where he slept peacefully in prison, chained between two guards even though he knew they would kill him the next day.
If you would choose to follow, the Prince of Peace will teach you to stay calm and sleep peacefully, even in the midst of stormy situations in life.
