The Applied Word Of God-Part:22
All of us read so many books,
Bible being the most important book, how much time do we devout to reading the Word of God?
2 Timothy 3:14-17
14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 15 and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Many people think that the Bible is a very old book, and so it is not relevant today. Paul says that we must not deviate from the word. The Bible is fresh no matter what era you live in.
In the western culture, handling teenagers often becomes a task.
Even if they’re Believers once they enter universities their point of view changes and goes astray from the Word of God.
The logic and philosophy of people change, they do not stick to the word of God.
However the Bible asks us to continue in what we learned.
Usually people listen to what you have to say but when it comes to applying it in their daily life they fail.
We as human beings, once we reach the stage of accomplishment we feel that a lot of things that we learnt as kids in church or our experience in the Lord for granted and not see how God works in our favour.
The Word of God makes us strong.
God has breathed in all the scriptures, the breath of God is the spirit of God. The entire Bible is written and inspired by God and useful for the equipment of the servant of God.
The Word of God is not just to be heard or read but to be applied in our lives on a daily basis.
