Can A Believer Sin?

Romans 3.7-8 Someone might argue, “If my falsehood enhances God’s truthfulness and so increases his glory, why am I still condemned as a sinner?” Why not say—as some slanderously claim that we say—“Let us do evil that good may result”? Their condemnation is just!
Romans 6:1 What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? 2 By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
Grace does not encourage us to sin. It is a cheap logic or theology to say that we can continue to sin because God continues to forgive us by grace. Grace is not a licence to sin. It only teaches us that it is not by works or by obeying the Law that we receive salvation but by grace alone. It doesn't also mean that because Jesus finished all the work for us on the Cross, we can live any way we want. We died to sin which means we are separated from sin and cannot live in sin any longer.
Romans 6.15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? By no means!
According to the Word of God, a believer cannot sin ever. We have received freedom from the Law and are separated from sin. We need to deliberately live a life avoiding sin solely depending on God's grace.
In John 8. 1-11, when a woman caught in adultery was brought to Jesus, he told her accusers “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” In verses 9-11, we read : “At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” “No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”
This is salvation : to separate us totally from a life of sin. When we sin, Moses stones, Jesus saves.
To conclude, a believer cannot sin. God expects us to live a life separated from sin.
