The Secret of Blessing

We saw the four types of condemnation that can affect us:
Our fight is not against people but the forces of evil working behind them. People accused and persecuted Jesus, so how much more his children.
Satan makes us think we are unfit and need to be condemned. When we live under the law there is condemnation (Romans 4:15). We have great acceptance by God the Father, and through Christ we are His dearly beloved children (Ephesians 1:5,6).
2 Corinthians 3:9 If the ministry that brought condemnation was glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry that brings righteousness!
The ministry under Moses’ law was glorious and that’s why his face was radiant. But all that people got through Moses’s law was guilt and condemnation. The law was given to make us guilty before God (Romans 3:19) and guilt is the emotional response to condemnation.
We often see in newspapers/ news channels when people are arrested in regard to some crime, they cover their faces or lower their head because they are guilty of what they’ve done. However, those who’ve been arrested for the sake of the gospel hold their head high, being proud/ satisfied that they’re being accused/punished for executing the Great Commission given to them by Jesus. Paul and Silas, being free of condemnation, sang songs of deliverance and freedom when they were put in the jail, and the other prisoners were listening to them. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose. - Jail Breaking Anointing!
In the New Testament,God convicts us, He never condemns us.
John 16:8 And when He (the Holy Spirit) comes, He will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and judgement:
The Holy Spirit convicts of what is right or wrong. Conviction is for your profit; if not, you will remain in sin. God desires that His children live a righteous life. But condemnation includes fear of punishment and penalty. In the New Testament, Satan brings condemnation and brings fear inside people and takes them away from God whereas the Holy Spirit brings conviction.
Deuteronomy 28:1-14 gives a list of blessings whereas Deuteronomy 28:15-68 gives a longer list of curses. Those who live under the law will fall in the second category - curse. But Jesus took all the curse, punishment and condemnation upon him and supplied the blessings listed in the first 14 verses of Deuteronomy 28 to us!!
Galatians 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”
God has taken away all your sins, the guilt, the condemnation and has blessed you out of His great love that He’s lavished on you. Believe this truth and live in the freedom and victory Jesus has made available for you.

- From God - but God forgives us all our sins (Psalm 103:3); and for that one reason alone we can live a life of gratitude towards God. Jesus rescued us from eternal condemnation by shedding His own blood as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
- From Ourselves - If we don’t wholly believe in the fact of God’s forgiveness, we can daily live in guilt and expecting condemnation. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit(Romans 8:1). The solution is to live in Christ.
- From the Devil - the devil is the father of lies and leads the whole world astray through his schemes - lies, accusations, guilt, fear, etc. Revelation 12.10 says “For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night.”All we need to do is resist him by putting on the full armour of God, and he will flee from you.
- From Others - people can bring accusation and condemnation on us through their words. “Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” (Romans 8:33,34)
