Causes of Inner Wounds

The way to complete healing is healing of inner wounds.
Factors that can affect inner wounds.
Generational wounds:
Generational trauma is trauma that isn't just experienced by one person—it extends from one generation to the next.

God wants to bless us and take over all our sins on himself, we are free from it. If we believe that we are forgiven through Jesus then we will not be affected by our generational wounds. 
Our wounds are healed on the cross, be it physical or inner wounds.

Colossians 2:13-15
When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

Once we are with Christ, there is nothing, no wound that can cause harm to us.
The word sin originally means “ going astray”.
Sometimes sin is not just a deed but a person, when a person commits a sin constantly and repeatedly, it becomes our nature.

When our sin becomes our nature, that's when generational curses, sins, wounds and all come together. 

There is no need for us to worry about why we aren’t able to overcome a sin as we are already healed and forgiven when Christ died for us on the cross. 
The generational spirit will leave us and go when we hold on to Christ.
