This Can Be Your Story - Part 16

We have been focusing on the story of Joseph and while reading we must try to relate his story to our life to understand the work of God even better.

The King saw two dreams which no one in the whole kingdom could interpret. That is when Joseph came into the picture. Joseph was in jail during this time when he was called to interpret the dream.
He was taken to the palace from the jail.  
God has his great ways of doing things, he can take you to the palace from the jail that you are suffering in. As humans this might sound funny to us because we are used to seeing the way the world works but God is God and his ways are beyond our imagination. 
All we need to do is Believe, only when we believe we will see the hand of God in our lives.
Now you might ask why can't God just change our situation when we are struggling right? But have you ever thought that when you are suffering with a fever you need to seek medication first only then the doctor prescribes medicines and the medicine works only when you  take it.

When God blesses you with wealth you must remember to save it for your future. In our country, parents save money for the future of their children.
I’ve seen many people come to me and worry about their husbands and sons not going to work. One must learn to grab opportunities everywhere, be it a girl or a boy. 
God wants us to be independent and not a burden on anyone.

In the book of Jeremiah it says that God has planned a fruitful future for all his children but many of us these days are in a hurry, we want our lives to move forward and in that hurry we do not wait for God’s right time. 
We make our own plans and mess up the plan he has for us. We must wait for God’s right time. 
In the story of Joseph, he was surrounded by a lady that had wrong intentions but since he had the fear of God he was able to abstain from sin.  

This is specially for youngsters.
These days everyone has a boyfriend or a girlfriend, it has become a trend and youngsters get into depression because of these unwanted relationships.
Joseph kept himself away from sin and the reward for that was the daughter of Potipherah.
God will reward you and he will reward you when you wait for his time. You must wait for God to work.

God has kept a beautiful future for you and you must learn to wait because when God works he does marvelous things.
Joseph was 17 and nothing good happened in his life but he waited until finally he was 30 when God opened the doors for him and look today thousands of years later we are still talking about him. 
Had he tried to impress potiphar's wife he would have been promoted to a certain level but not to the fullest, there would have been a limit to his success.
Learning to put our faith and trust in God and not using our power to do things is what we must learn from the story of Joseph.
