Victory Over Satanic Worship
There are many kinds of satanic worship happening in the world - direct worship, idolatry, occultic practices, astrology, sorcery, witchcraft, self humanism. However, for us who are His redeemed ones, Jesus is our Lord!
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Satanic worship invites God’s judgment.
1 Corinthians 10:21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord’s table and the table of demons
Deuteronomy 32:17 They sacrificed to false gods, which are not God-- gods they had not known, gods that recently appeared, gods your ancestors did not fear.
How would you like it if your children always interact with, kiss and cuddle a wax sculpture of yours when you are alive and living right in front of them? And how would you feel if they ignore you and continue to do the same for years?
We all come from different religious backgrounds and customs. But when we come to know the truth, we should thereafter live in the light of the truth.
If any evil forces claim their ownership over you, you can boldly say that you are blood-washed and belong to Jesus, and as you rebuke them in Jesus’ Name, they have no option but to stop tormenting you and leave you.
How to come out of Satanic worship and bondage?
1. Worship originates from love and true worship belongs to God alone; not idols, demons or self.
Matthew 22:37 Jesus replied: “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
1 Corinthians 16:22 If anyone does not love the Lord, that person is cursed.
2. A believer is called to stand firm against Satan’s schemes.
James 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
3. Expose the works of darkness. Evangelise people who are under the grip of darkness and deliver them.
Ephesians 5:11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.
Mark 16:17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues;
Colossians 2:15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
1 John 3:8 The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work.
Romans 16:20 The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.
