Resurrection Is The New Beginning

We have been learning of the revelation of Paul on the FIRST ADAM and LAST ADAM.

1 Corinthians 15:45-49
So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being” the last Adam,a life-giving spirit. 46 The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual. 47 The first man was of the dust of the earth; the second man was of heaven. 48 As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven.49 And just as we have borne the image of the earthly man,(H) so shall we bear the image of the heavenly man

First Adam is earthly. Last Adam is heavenly and spiritual. He is Jesus.. All our sins were carried by Jesus on the cross.
The unwanted diseases were all carried to the cross while he was crucified.
The man who came from the grave on the resurrection is the second man.
Second man has a glorified body ans this  body is immortal.
The resurrected body. Same way we also receive a resurrection in the spirit .

Hebrews 2:14-18
Jesus also came down as a human to be part of our race in blood and flesh, so through his death we also receive the power of his spiritual man.
As the last Adam by his death, Jesus broke the power of death, that is the devil.

John 10:10
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full
Death is not brought by God, but by the devil.

Genesis 3:15
I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring 1 and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel

There was permanent damage done to the demonic world. In Revelation 20 it is clearly mentioned.
Last Adam also released us from the slavery of fear of death.
God helped not the angels but also Abraham's descendants.
God has given man a second position in all his creations and   authority over everything he created.

Jesus suffered when he was being tempted so he is able to save those of us who are also suffering.
Jesus’s resurrection is a new starting point.
John 20:22
And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit

2 Corinthians  5: 17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

There are two resurrections as mentioned earlier.
One is the spiritual resurrection.
Romans 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved
New creation occurs when a declaration happens by word of mouth.

Romans 8:9
You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.

Romans 8:11
And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you
If Jesus’s resurrection brings about a resurrected spirit in our mind, then the same spirit will give you healing of diseases in our earthly bodies.

1 Corinthians 3:16
Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in your midst? 

1 Corinthians 6:19
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own
We are the temple of God ,the resurrection of Christ gives us a relevance of the present life .
Through the cross ,old creation is destroyed.
In resurrection new creation has happened.
New history begins with resurrection.
My old history ends in the cross.

Romans 6:5
For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his.
If we are united with Jesus through his death, then certainly we will be reunited with him through his resurrection as well.
During crucifixion we were in Christ, but in resurrection Christ is in me.
 In the death of  Christ I was in him.
In resurrection Christ in me.

1 Colossians 1:27
For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory.

Christ in you, hope of Glory.
Ephesians 2:6
For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.
