Satan Will Soon Be Crushed Under Your Feet
If today is the day of salvation and the age of God’s grace and favour, the age of judgement is also coming.
When we accept Jesus, we receive salvation. Like the criminal that was crucified with Jesus and pleaded forgiveness with his last breath who was taken with Jesus to paradise, we can also receive salvation in an instant when we repent and turn to Jesus.
If we don’t receive this free gift of salvation, a day of condemnation is awaiting.
Romans 8:1
“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”
Thinking of the opposite, there is condemnation for those who are not in Christ. There is no excuse for those who did not listen to the freely available Word of God. God has no favouritism.
Romans 1:16
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.”
There is power in the Gospel to save anyone who believes.
The door for salvation is open to all regardless of background, age, and any other demographic.
Jesus needs to spread the gospel of grace and power.
Romans 16:20
“The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.
The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.”
This is God’s plan for us. Wherever we have lost and been defeated, God will restore us. After God, it is man who has the authority, not even the angels. Satan tricks us to think he is powerful.
1 Peter 5:8
Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
The devil prowls like a roaring lion. The roar of a lion is so loud that it scatters people and the one that leaves the crowd is pounced upon. A believer who moves away from fellowship through the deception of satan will fall into addictions. But God has given us a promise that He is the God of peace who has crushed Satan under His feet first and then under the feet of everyone who believes in Jesus. The Grace of God will envelop us.
The Word of God has a penetrating power and when we speak this verse over our lives, we will see it happen. The voice of celebration will happen in the house of God’s children when we know that God has declared that He has actually crushed Satan’s head under our feet.
God, our Redeemer has decided to honour you and give you victory instead of defeat. We must believe it and be delivered from all bondages. God has anointed us to rise up in victory. The Holy Spirit is tapping us on our shoulders and telling us to stand up like how Elijah and Peter were touched by angels to rise up from their chains.
