Principles of Increase and Multiplication
We all desire an increase and multiplication in our lives for which I gave you 3 principles:
1. Faith in the work of Jesus - God brought the people of Israel and led them with signs and wonders. Yet they failed to believe God in their hour of need and that grieved God.
When I say faith in the work of Jesus, Jesus did what nobody else could do - neither a priest, nor prophet, nor angel or any human could do. Jesus accomplished a unique work on the Cross - the atonement of sins - nobody else could and will ever be able to do what Jesus did for the entire mankind. Jesus gave himself as an ultimate sacrifice for man’s sins and that is the finished work of Christ on the Cross.
Murmuring follows unbelief; and worry is a blocker of God’s work - His blessings and miracles. Instead of being a worrier, be a warrior!
Same is the case when you have fear within you. Fear is a snare that blocks God’s blessings, whereas faith will open the doors of blessings and miracles. Hebrews 11 is known as the chapter of faith and we have a list of heroes of faith.
2 Corinthians 8:9
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.
This is the divine exchange program - God exchanged our poverty on the cross with the riches of His grace in every realm of our life. The key to divine prosperity - He became poor so that we might become rich!
Philippians 2:6-8
Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross.
Jesus being God himself came in human form; and people considered him to be an ordinary Jew. They treated Him harshly - spat on Him, flogged Him and crucified Him on the cross.
1 Timothy 3:16
Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.
As a child of God, your blessings are directly connected to the finished work of Christ on the Cross. God builds your life upon the revelation you receive. Just as you received salvation, you can receive any blessing from the Lord by believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth. Your confession of faith will open great doors before you!
