Heaven Is Coming Down Upon You

Revelation 4:1 says After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.”

We read here how Heaven was opened up for John. Similarly, heaven will open up for each of us. When heaven’s doors open, we can peep into the future.

Maria Woodworth-Etter was an anointed evangelist who received Jesus into her life at a very young age. Though she had a calling for ministry, she opted for a normal and worldly life. She got married and had 6 children but 5 of her children passed away. After that she re-dedicated her life to Jesus completely. At this time she had an open heaven experience.

Quoting Maria -
“The power of the Holy Ghost came down as a cloud. It was brighter than the sun. My body was as light as the air. It seemed that heaven came down. I was baptised with the Holy Ghost, with fire and power which have never left me. There was liquid fire and the angels were all around, and the fire, and the glory. It is through the Lord Jesus Christ and by this power that I have stood before hundreds and thousands of men and women proclaiming the unsearchable riches of Christ.”

There was another experience where she was preaching one day and she got stuck with her arms upward. She was in that position for hours in the Spirit. When people approached her, and touched her, there was an impartation of the Spirit and many received healing and miracles in their lives. The newspapers in those days named Maria as the ‘trance-evangelist’.
 
In those days, Maria and even in Azusa street, they received the prophecy that the revival that they experienced will occur again in 100 years. Now, we live in an end time world revival period!

A few more revival carriers of God include; Kathryn Kuhlman, Charles Finney, David Nash - wherever these men and women of God go, the people in their vicinity feel overwhelmed with the glory of God in their spirit and especially unbelievers break down into tears around them. There is a heaven/ Holy Spirit atmosphere around them.
 
2 Corinthians 12:2-4 says (2) I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know—God knows. (3) And I know that this man—whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows— (4) was caught up to paradise and heard inexpressible things, things that no one is permitted to tell.
