You Will Enjoy The Fruit Of Your Labour
Our focus for the week has been ‘rebuilding’. We have been reading from Isaiah 61:4 which says, They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.
The only hope for this perishing world is the Gospel!
John 14:6 says Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Some Biblical examples of restoration and rebuilding always start with the story of Job. Even in the life of Jacob, he suffered for a little while. We know these characters for the way they lost everything, went through unimaginable sufferings yet, their lives were rebuilt in a glorious manner!
Similarly, if you are someone who has had struggles in life, after this tough period of time in your life passes, God will give you a period of peace and calm along with a glorious time!
1 Peter 5:10 says And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
Philippians 1:4 says In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy.
It is guaranteed that God will finish what He has started in a glorious way! All we need to do is believe and live in His Word.
Matthew 24:35 says Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
Sometimes God will even change your name! Take Jacob for instance, he was renamed Israel. Like that He will change your name into the ministry you are called for, your future, the blessings that will come through you. God did not Google the name Abraham when He changed his name! So receive the name changing prophecy into your life!
No one can sabotage the eternal plans of God.
Amos 9:14 says
and I will bring my people Israel back from exile.[a]
“They will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them.
They will plant vineyards and drink their wine;
they will make gardens and eat their fruit.
Man is the cultivation of God. So, God always wants a good harvest with us!
