How to Overcome Depression
In today’s world mental issues are a major concern.
When you are not mentally strong no matter how much money or talent you have, you cannot live your life to the fullest.
We’ve already discussed 2 topics.
3) Eating disorder:-
Eating disorder is when you cannot eat or eat excessively due to anxiety.
Even as believers it becomes difficult for us to deal with these issues.
We must depend on God for all issues of our lives.
David encouraged himself in the Lord. We all have a destiny, all must walk confidently without any fear in the Lord. As believers we must not give up because we have the greatest strength with us.
There are many reasons for depression. When a “love object” gets destroyed it causes depression.
•Oppression
•Low self esteem
•Biological reasons (Thyroid)
•Pregnancy /Postpartum Depression
We fall into depression when we do not focus on solutions.
If you think you are going through a tough phase, you must find a spiritual leader.
Romans 12:1-2
A Living Sacrifice
12 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
If you are someone who is depressed today, I encourage you to focus on a solution, find a mature believer. Renew your thoughts, Laugh and Pray!
You will be filled with Joy and everlasting happiness.
